assortment included women's suits, jackets, skirts, pants, sport
jackets and blouses. In 1992 re-organization efforts and changes
in the strategic direction brought positive results to the company.
Among them was the company's decision to shift its focus and to
concentrate on the production of only skirts and pants. This decision
increased the yearly production of skirts from 60,000 to 200,000
pieces, and the pants from 20,000 to 100,000 pairs.
